Very easy to use I don't like u that you have to let sit for a few hour!

This worked great. I thought the recipe included looked odd and I wanted a cookie rather than a brownie. Found a good recipe and they came out delicious. Will try my brownie recipe In it just to compare. Grandkids will have fun with this.

Like - fun! Spreading the batter over the molds covered in oil was a bit of a challenge, but once we blotted the excess oil it was easier. The way it packages the sandwiches with the ice cream is perfect. Silicone is easy to clean too, which helps.Dislike - the recipe for the cake batter is gigantic, making way more than needed for 4 sandwiches. If using that quantity of batter, they should have provided multiple trays instead of just the one. We ended up making brownies with the leftover batter since the excess was so much. Like you have to bake them, cool it in the fridge for 20 min (we just froze them for like 5 min), then have them set for like an hour. It’s such a long process for only 4 sandwiches.

Yes 5 Star! I had no issues with this product. If you follow the directions it works perfectly. Did not stick to the mold since I coated it with cooking spray.Use only a tablespoon of batter (I used brownie mix). I made several batches since it only takes 10 minutes to cook.Make sure your tray supporting the mold does not warp under heat. Otherwise you will have lopsided sandwiches.Clean up was a breeze using standard dish detergent.I vacuumed sealed mine after letting them freeze for 24 hours.NO.. this was not a paid review, just being honest. I will be purchasing another.

A nice idea. But putting the logo of the manufactuer, “Chef’n” into each of the cookie molds? Really? I’m not giving my friends cookies that are advertisements. This item is going back.

I followed the instructions by spraying both cookie mays with baking spray and I had zero sticking of the cookies. They came off perfectly. It was easy to disassemble and pop out the sandwiches after about 2 hrs in the freezer. The cookie recipe tastes good, but the yield is too much. It’s as if they think you’re making 25 of these lol, too much leftover batter! My batter also came out way runnier than what is shown on the video. But overall it’s a neat little gadget, glad I got it. Want to experiment with a vanilla cookie recipe and homemade fruit sorbet fillings!

I was given this item as a gift and liked it so much I ordered one for my niece!After reading other reviews, I didn't use the recipe for the "cake" part of the ice cream sandwich. I used my own recipe for a single serving devil's food cake. It was exactly the right amount. The "cake" is a little dry after baking and that's okay. Once you layer it in the mold with the ice cream and put it in the freezer, it comes out exactly the right consistency.I haven't had an ice cream sandwich in years because of allergies and was happy to have one again!
