This is a terrific pot and its nice to know if it scratches you're not poisoning your family! It's a snap to clean and is absolutely equivalent or better than our All-Clad pans. You will find yourself turning the heat lower on burners because these pans are SO good at conducting heat efficiently and evenly. The instructions recommend (strongly) using only silicone utensils and we have followed those instructions for several months. It leaves these pans looking like new. They are also feel exceptionally solid without being "HEAVY."

This is a very nice heavy weight pot. The interior is very easy to clean, so no need to take up space in the dishwasher with it. I only wish that the black interior coating that I have on my other green pan pots was not available in this size. The interior is gray.

Nice pot,. Bit pricey but very good surdiness and slippery cookware, non stick. Even distribution of the heat.

I waited until I had had these pans a little while to write a review. They cook well and clean up well. I only purchase 3 pans but I’m definitely considering ordering some skillets too. I love them!

Very pleased with the quality and construction of this Green Pan. We cook a lot of Indian food and the spices always stick in steel and regular nonstick pans. Use very little oil and it’s amazing how well food cooks without sticking. The only drawback is that the handles can get pretty hot so you have to be careful and use mittens to hold the handles.

I wish I would have ordered a ceramic version because the item I did order is already chipping away the coating inside and along the edges.

This is a great size and a great brand, really enjoy using this pot, super easy to clean, so glad that nontoxic is finally affordable
