Q: Can this hat brim be shaped to desired look?

If it's like other crushables I own, wear it in a good rain storm then set the brim to your desired shape and allow it to dry. It should hold the shape once it's dry. Every time it gets a good soak, make sure to set it to the shape you want or it will lose it.

Q: Can this be used in hot , humid , rainy weather or will it get ruined ? Thanks

I wore mine in Nashville, hot & Humid, and some rain, and it was fine.
