It's a nice sturdy backpack
It's a nice sturdy backpack, has a nice padded pocket for a laptop and a couple other smaller pockets inside.Zippers and construction appear to be of good quality and I have had no issues with the the backpack.It has plenty of room for my liner, cold weather gloves and anything else that I might need to bring for a days riding or a commute to work.The shoulder pads are located well and are comfortable, the chest strap adjusts big enough to fit over an armored jacket with adjustment to spare.Doesn't cause any wind drag and it doesn't move or flap around while riding (104 mph no issues).Only things I don't like are the waist strap buckles are not great, they do not hold their adjustment and can become loose.The waist strap buckles click in but don't seem that secure but they have been fine so far. They can easily be replaced for cheap if needed.And the little side pockets unlike the picture unzip from the very bottom of the pocket so it's hard to put stuff in them without flipping the pack upside down, kind of a poor design. If they actually were like they look in the picture it wouldn't be an issue, zippers are very nice on the side pockets though.Overall a really good pack and a bargain compared to other packs of this quality I've looked at.I expect to get years of use out of it and believe it will last for the life of the bike.

Not very good quality
Not the best quality. The waist strap wouldn't tighten up, everytime i would try to it will loosen up right away, side pockets opening faces down as well, not sure if thats by design. Returned this backpack

Nice Bag
Nice looking bag and sturdy.Wish it could hold my 17" laptop though.Not sure why the side pouches zippers go the opposite way from normal zippers. Leaves the pouches of little use.

Poor service, poor construction.
One shoulder strap kept slipping. When I undid the strap to see why, the plastic piece that holds it was broken. I tried to return the item, but Motorcycle House will not respond.

Item Weight Incorrect!
This item's shipping weight is not correct, and it costed me 3 times more. Its 6.42 pounds and not 2. Please be careful everyone!
