Bought this for my mom who’s diabetic. She is losing weight, so I’ve keen mixing this with powdered milk for an extra boost of calories. It makes it much thicker too, giving it more of a milkshake texture.

As taxes are not included when purchased, unless you know ahead of time what % or amount you will be charged for taxes it may not be worth it.After purchased amount charged to person picking up items, was pretty much same amount as purchased. For example purchase price was about 130 US$ pick up was about 90US$.… so not worth it all.

I used to but it from India. Never knew it was available on Amazon but during pandemic I found that it is also available on Amazon. So I buy it from Amazon regularly. Using it since last ten years with my almond milk and HBO cereals every day on the morning after my work out and I just love it.

I am insulin resistant and reactive hypoglycemic. Ensure for Diabetes is a perfect addition to my day as it helps me to make it through without having to worry about what, how and when to eat. I have a serving for lunch everyday along with some whole wheat crackers and it keeps me full until dinner time. I would definitely recommend for someone busy on the go who has to eat regularly but is concerned about their sugar intake.

It is little bit pricey. However, my dad who has diabetes loves this product. He said his sugar level is not increasing when he drinks this product.
