Hazel and Her Nut: A Children's Storybook About Curiosity, Knowledge, Sharing and Compassion

I bought this book for my niece on her first day of preschool - she loves it so much I may have to plant a hazelnut tree in my backyard now!!

The book is meant for toddlers. The rhyming is Just not right. I was so disappointed. Poorly written.

Would have been so much better in prose. The author has tried too hard to make every line rhyme.

Such a sweet story about a girl sharing and discovering. Beautifully presented and illustrated! I really appreciated the diversity of characters represented. Bought two copies as holiday presents.
