I recently purchased this straightener back in March. I used to have an EVA straightener that lasted me 5+ years, and this year, I decided to purchase a new one. Even though my old straightener still worked, I still wanted to replace it with one that had an automatic shut off and also, just have something in a little better of shape. I went back and forth between a few brands, but decided to stick with this one because the last one I purchased was so reliable.A few weeks into owning this straightener, it stopped heating up and would let off this constant loud beep tone until I unplugged it. It stopped after that and so I thought maybe it was just a weird fluke and let it go. Well, the other day, months later, it did it again and this time, it no longer works. The lights all light up at once, it does not heat up, and unfortunately I can no longer use it. I tried to do a return or contact the seller but no luck.Do NOT buy this product if you want something reliable. The 90 day warranty is not long enough.
