WOW! Stuff Collection Desktop Twin Pack:- Ross & Rachel

I got these for my sister for her birthday. She's obsessed with friends and everything friends. These are super cool. The saying are amazing except for Rachel's we have no clue what she's saying. But even just to put up on a shelf they are great for any friend lover.

Got these for my mom who loves Friends and she was so happy with them. If they don’t work, you need new batteries and they all have to be the same brand.

Bought and returned 3 times because they kept coming broken. Not worth it the hassle.

The product is super cute and I was super excited to gift this product. Upon receiving we put in batteries and one character did not work at all and the other was off so it stutters and echoed the saying. Ordered a second one and when I received it 2 of the characters were broken off rolling around in the packaging and the plastic was cracked and smooshed. Very disappointing!!!

Phoebe was broken off and lose in package and the box was all falling apart. Haven't put in batteries but hoping it still works!

Was not in a box and the packaging was damaged.

It was a birthday gift and when I got it the box was open, the “phoebe” figurine was ripped off from where it’s supposed to stand. The packaging was ripped, dented. Overall, it was just very bad.

Outer box was not damaged so it clearly was put into the box damaged. Disappointing because it is a gift for someone

There’s a couple of things that differ between the description on the box (which matches the Amazon description) and the product inside. Firstly, it says that it contains three non-replaceable cell batteries. This is not the case. There’s a battery cover on the bottom (you’ll need a screwdriver) and it needs 3 x AA batteries (not included). The box does contain a leaflet that says this, but there’s no way of knowing this information before you open it. It also says that six phrases are spoken, including “Pivot”. This is not one of the phrases. Ross says: “We were on a break”, “I’m fine” and “I’m the holiday armadillo”. All quite easy to make out. Rachel’s voice is a bit less distinct. She says: “I got off the plane” ...and I have honestly forgotten the two other things... nothing iconically Rachel though. The figures come off - presumably to be played with - but you need to put them back on the right spots to get the right phrases. They are about 3 inches tall (that’s a guess as I wrapped it before writing this review).All in all, it’s okay. I’m giving it to an avid Friends fan who already has all the Funko Pop things and who will probably like it no matter what, but there’s better merchandise out there and definitely better-described items!

Being a friends fan I had to have for my collection. Also got for a friend. The rachel voice is alittle hard to understand or even hear. Took us days to realise what she was saying in one of the phrases. 3 phrases each, Not all phrases are the iconic ones tho (or I would say are the icons ones) but most see the top iconic but love it

Daughter loves these, couple of words hard to hear but she doesn't mind as for displaying in her room with her other friends memorabilia.

Bought as a stocking filler for a Friends mad daughter. Bought the Ross and Rachel one. The product is cheap but I’d rather have paid a bit more and have it actually work. The recordings for Rachel are so bad two of them you can barely hear and the last one you can’t even tell what she’s saying at all, total waste of money

A great fun Christmas gift for Friends fans. Each character has multiple phrases. Some are hard to understand, but most are spot on. No batteries included. Looks great on your shelf. A must for collectors.
