toy-like low quality product
The appearance of the cap is good. The function is not so good. As long as you have direct sun light it should work but any interruption of sun and the fan will stop. This will not function with artificial light. I would have been satisfied if this worked with a rechargeable battery the way solar walk-way lights operate.

Great at air shows!
I bought two for a special activity ... attending air shows! The extra long visor compensates for having the head elevated most of the time and the fan is a perfect feature ... especially appreciated by aviation buffs due to its' propeller! Great price and fast delivery makes it a "winner"!!
