They are exactly what I needed!
I ordered the Banneton Proofing Baskets because I started baking sourdough bread, and wanted something for my dough to rise in. I am every happy with the quality, and my bread tastes and now looks amazing too!

Poor quality
I'm disappointed in the product's quality. The lame is ok but after 1 wash there are already rust marks and the basket smells really bad, I can't even use it...

Nice basket, poor quality knife
The basket is well made and looks pretty strong. The scoring knife that came with it become rusty after the first wash, had to throw it away ...

I use it to make sourdough bread and this product is excellent

Good Basket but has a sharp small hole
Everything looks good but the basket has a tiny hole with sharp edge in the inner bottom side so that would damage the loaf when we place it in the basket for proofing. Otherwise the basket looks pretty, good quality. Wish there was replacement option available. I have seen for few products there is option for return but not for replacement. Sometime the product is good we can say that but has some manufacturing or handling defect so in that case replacement would be good.

Terrible Experience, not as advertised
The bannetone proofing basket listed was supposed to be on ‘oval’ shape and it is meant for baguettes so not quite the same. This was also supposed to come as a kit with a bread lame and dough scraper but those items did not come with the proofing basket. It took over two months to be delivered too and the seller has not been very helpful. I would not recommend buying this item and will be looking for a refund.

Aviod if you can
Has this awful chemical kind of smell. Quality isnt that great with splinters pretty much everywhere. Mine didnt even come with the linen liner and the blade came pretty much eroded. Disappointed is an understatement.

Proofing basket, blade and scraper.
The only negative was that the blade seemed corroded or rusted, however the product arrived on time, and I was satisfied with the basket and scraper.

Order came as expected, the lame isn't high quality but I can't fault that - the proofing basket does the job!
