I love my Tyent, and yay,Amazon! Saves a lot $$ on shipping, then off their website. Same great filters.

I received the filters properly packed and in good condition. They cone as a set of two filters. I remove the first filter from the box and opened the packaging. Next I remove the cover from the new filter and went under the sink to replace the filter. I placed a paper towel under the filter as I expected a small amount of water to come out. I removed the filter. a few drops of water fell into the towel. I immediately screwed in the new filter an patted myself on the back. I removed the second filter from the box and unpacked just like the last one. Back under the sink and removed the second filter. No water came out. I tried to install the new filter and failed. I COULD NOT GET THE SECOND FILTER TO SCREW ONTO THE MOUNT. After multiple tries with no success, I obtained a strong light and examined the place where the filter screwed into the unit. When I looked closely I discovered the sealing gasket from the old filter was still inside the unit. Grrrr... I remove the old gasket and easily installed the new filter.A word to the wise. When you remove the old filter, make sure the gasket stays on the old filter and is not stuck inside the unit. If the old gasket is still in the unit you CAN NOT install the new filter. The old gasket plus the new gasket are too thick to allow the threads to touch.Otherwise, I am very happy with my new filters. My unit once works like new.One more note. Be sure to reset the filter counter on the control unit when finished. Press the filter status and hold. Press again when the confirmation appears. repeat for the other filter and you are goo to go.

The filters are pricey as compared to the no name replacement filters but it’s worth the extra money. I tried other filters but the quality was not the same as the ones from the manufacturer of the water filters.

The price is a little high but it makes the work!!! My alkaline line was stuck and the water flow was very poor . You have to follow the instructions that come in the filter cleaning and miracles happen!!!

We've had our water ionizer for 4 years now and we really like it, the whole system which includes the filters work so well that the sulfur odor and taste of the hard Florida water is completely gone. My sons' friends say we have the best water in the neighborhood. I also want to mention how great Tyent's customer service is, they've repaired the dispenser and sent parts with one phone call. Great company.

The filter replacements, arrived quickly and were very easy to replace. I absolutely love my Tyent UCE-11! I do feel like the filters don’t last that long, and wished they were not having to be replaced so soon, but we use this water EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! It’s the best!

I have uses these filters for several years now. They are expensive, but they work.

We like the fact that these are easy to install and we don’t have to look all over to find these we just get a hold of Amazon pantry and what we need and zoom it’s here thank you.
