I do a lot of needle-turn applique with many, very small, little shapes. These scissors are wonderful for snipping inside curves and tight sharp points on leaves. The scissors align perfectly and are sharp to the very end of the blades. I like that the blades are snug but not difficult to open an close. A super addition to my applique tool box. These are very well priced for the craftmanship. Previously, I've had Dovo fine tip scissors and they worked very well for a few years, but eventually the blades loosened and often my fabric would curl around the blades rather than being cut by them. I think with the ring, there will be no screw to loosen or be tightened too far. So far I love 'em

Best scissor I own. Cuts through fabric like a hot knife through butter. I just love thejm ane would get one in a 5 inch size if they made them.

Not as fine as I had hoped and a bit bulky with that "ring" they are better as sewing snips. Mine are also stiff so without a nut I can't adjust them.

I have been looking for a pair of scissors that the tips would cut my thread, and these are it! I have never had such sharp scissors for needlework.

Use it for cross stitch work, and I can feel this scissor is obviously much better than my previous $9 scissors.Worth the price. I would recommend buying this.

Good clean cut, precise at the points. Used for Hardanger scissors. Like these enough to order another two pairs.
