I use CS540 wireless headset at work, and I was just using CS540 with earpiece. Having to take on and off all day, my inner side of ear got blister from abrasion one day. Since then it was hurting too much to use all day. So, I decide to order this headband to wear over the head instead of hanging off my ear. What I did not realize was that CS540 wireless headset box already had headband inside. When I received new headband, it was exactly the same headband. I kept the new one for backup, as leather on headband wear over time.So far after changing to headband style, blister went away on my ear and I feel lot more comfortable using headband now. So, if you have CS540 wireless headset model, look in the original box first and see if it is in there. If not this is same oem model, I think it is good investment if you are looking for over the head style headband.

As others have mentioned, the headset/mic hole is very snug and I could see snapping the plastic receiver on the mic unit if you aren’t really careful. I am hoping it will loosen up over time.

Replaced the one on my old Plantronics headset that was falling apart. Perfect match.

Reliable and works well but I wish it were a little bit tighter…I wish it had a tiny bit more grip on my head maybe a little bit tighter were easier to make it tighter if need be… But otherwise it does the job by holding the Bluetooth piece over my ear… Which is a pretty basic thing either you get it right or you down. They got it right

Occasionally we need to replace a headband for a headset. Whatever the reason may be. Received what I ordered on time and at a reasonable price. Happy to be able to order what I need when I need it.

No issues.Edit: 10/14/2018 I recently bought another CS540 to be shared among my co-workers. Different people at different shift so I went ahead and bought 2 more of these headband so everyone gets their own. Easy to switch in and out. Same quality as original!
