MONTBLANCMNB15158 - Rollerball Pen Refill, Medium Point, 2/PK, Black Ink

Expensive refill but genuine Mont Blanc even though they are made in Japan. Writes more smoothly than cheaper pens I have. I guess the lesson is that if you want cheap refills, then buy a cheap pen or use disposable pens. I use disposables for lots of things but I consider my Mont Blanc pen much like wearing a fine watch. And there are times for both.

The product is absolutely perfect. I believe the problem is is that I missing a part to my Mont blanc pen, possibly the spring. Good

I have had a bad experience with ordering rollerball refills on Amazon. The product that I purchased before seemed authentic, labeled Montblanc, even had a hologram on the package. They were utter junk, total counterfeit. The construction of the cartridge was different, with plastic instead of metal for one of the parts. The performance was also terrible, scratchy, inconsistent and always dried up. Those fake items are what is causing so many poor reviews, not the genuine refills.The refills my seller provided have authentic looking packaging and more importantly are all metal, like the original cartridge from my pen. I believe my previous experience was due to an unscrupulous seller. These items work perfectly so far and I am confident that they are genuine.Genuine part says “Refill Rollerball” not ”Rollerball Refill” and are all metal construction. If you get something else, call out the seller with a bad rating, it’s not the fault of Montblanc.

this fits my vintage 1985 to 1991 MontBlanc Classique (has W. Germany on clip band) capped pen. Very smooth writing, good tone etc.

Item states that it fits all MountBlanc pens except one kind, I don't have that kind so thought this was a good deal on 2 refills. As some others stated it doesn't fit, the threads on the refill are not even close to the pen I have. Have returned the product.

The packaging and performance of the refills are exactly what was advertised. I wish the refills would last longer than they do, but that is a Mont Blanc issue, not the vendor.

Thanks to a previous poster I've become educated on fake refills. This one is not and is beautiful, as it should be for such a wonderful writing instrument.

Seems to be as good as original.

Delivered on time and with the expected quality

The ink is consistant and doesnt smudge. I find the medium seems more like a finepoint cartridge however. I bought two of these, trimmed the end off them, and they fit very well inside the Pilot G2 pen. UPDATE: Jan 13, 2014... Both the refill cartridges have now dried out. Not cool.
