I feel over all much better, I feel like In the mornings I have a lot more energy, they are definitely helping me to sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed. My hair feels healthier, I’m not suffering from alot of fatigue. I feel better in my self, I haven’t had any colds recently due to not feeling run down.Over all they are making me feel really good, I love how it’s a morning & nighttimeSupplements. They are in a nice packaging really classy. Doesn’t look like a normal supplement. I don’t know if it helps with menopause I am not at that stage. But as I said earlier at the timeOf this purchase they were £85. So the upkeep of taking these supplements is going to be expensive.
