Was not the sound I was after and not very tweakable sounds wise.
It's OK. I got this because I have always wanted a leslie. Love the sound and had a couple of digital leslie effects that were pretty cool sounding but not close. I have deja vibe univibe pedal that I love but it's just not a leslie. Deciding to take a risk and ordered this an the option 5 destination rotation from Chicago Music and figured I'd go head to head and see. I tried the option 5 years ago and liked it. The option 5 is $40 more so I was hoping I'd like this better. It's not bad but really it sounds more like my univibe than a leslie. I does have more of a leslie vibe then the Deja but it's kind of it's own thing. With already owning the Deja Vibe I did not think it was worth keeping. The Option 5 v2(Version 2) on the other hand is wonderful and a keeper. It is the closest thing to a real leslie and way more adjustable than this. To be honest I found that gross adjustment to treble and bass were hard to distinguish. It also added a boomyness that I couldn't really get rid of. As with any pedal it could be it didn't play well with my rig but I really wasn't impressed for the money. And particularly against the Option 5. To me that's a true leslie sounds. So it was worth the extra $40 plus return shipping on this. But let's be honest...one man's ears are different than another's and you might find this works better for you than me. My rig...American Strat/Dimarzio Area Pups and Renegade Head through 2x12 cab.Pros:-lots of adjustments-appears good quality-Does have decent sound (albeit a little too chorus like for a leslie)Cons:-Lots of adjustment seem to do little to impact sound-a bit boomy-Not as leslie like to me as I'd like More like leslie sounding univibe.YMMV
