Seems great!
As far as physical improvements, it’s too soon to say. I’ve only been taking it for 3 days. It was recommended to help me with my memory loss postpartum. It came in great condition. The oil isn’t flavorless but is shockingly complimentary in many things. So far I’ve added it to vanilla yogurt, chicken orzo, curry, and Alfredo. I fed all of those things to my toddler and she didn’t seem to notice a difference. So if it’s actually beneficial to our bodies, that’s a total win!

Best oil
I used to get flaxseed oil from Swanson but several months ago they changed vendors and the oil had a bitter and metallic taste. I've purchased Barlean's before and even though it costs a little more the flavor and color are always consistent.
