It could be a coincidence or a combination of factors (I also took red raspberry leaf tea and ate dates daily) but this probably helped speed up my labor. I began with one pill orally since about 37 weeks and began vagina suppositories at 38 weeks about every other night. Started labor spontaneously at 40+1 with contractions already about 5 minutes apart. Water broke after 5 hours and baby was out within 16 hours. Prior to labor the nurses kept saying my cervix was soft and effaced even though I had not dilated yet.Even if it didn’t help with labor, these helped loosen my stool a little which was helpful in my third trimester.

I originally thought these would be tablets, but it's an oil capsules. Nice shape, narrow and smooth.

Since taking this regularly, I've noticed a more regular (less painful, heavy) menstrual cycle. I've tried several brands and haven't really noticed much of a difference in quality, so I like this one for the value, size, and number of servings.

So, primrose oil is recommended to pair with fish oil for a more complete omega three oil range, so I take these daily. Oil capsules are always large, but these are smooth capsules and easy to swallow. These are reasonably priced, and I can put them on subscription list so I never run out
