Seems fine to me. Yes, the smell initially when starting up smells like burning plastic but it goes away. I assume it’s the oil in the motor burning away. It’s as loud as every other vacuum.... including a Dyson....Giving this 5/5 stars because it’s a good balance between performance and price. Don’t expect the same build quality as a high end vacuum, but it does the job fine.

The product quality is very bad. In the beginning I received a damaged one and second time it worked fine, but you cannot bare the burning smell during operation and I think there is defect in design or manufacturing. You cannot vaccum the whole house one time. You need to turn it off and relax it for some time. Then operate it again.😥🤔

المنتج الأول طلع فيه نقص عدة أشياءتمت إعادة المنتج أولا... انتظار عملية الاستبدال... وصول المنتج البديل... التأكد من وجود جميع الأدوات داخل الكرتونة...الخلاصة المنتج جيد ولكن إجراءات التوصيل والاستبدال تاخذ فترة أ دناها اسبوع للوصول. ولكن نعم ساطلب مرة اخرى من أمازون شرط القضاء على بعض الاجراءات البسيطة البدائية. شكرا على كل شي بكل شفافية

Hello ... mine stopped working after the 3rd time using it. I purchased in Aug, then left the country for a month and half, used it again and died just like that while using it for the 3rd time.Dear seller, I know it is passed the exchange date but would it be possible to get a replacement:. Not the money back, just another like this. I really liked it but I dont know what happened with mine. Thanks in advance.
