Questionable freshness
There was tea dust on all teabags and on all over the packaging. Needless to say that the item was returned.

Not Organic
I purchased this tea because I am allergic to pesticides in tea and coffee. To my surprise I took an allergic reaction to it the same as regular non organic. Who ever is rating this product as organic is not being truthful because my body can't lie !

Great flavor
I grew up on Lipton tea, and this is just as good. I've tried other brands and they are bitter when brewed. This has a smooth crisp iced tea flavor. My whole family loves it!
