2nd hand broken and dirty
Item arrived appearing ‘new’ but when I unpackaged it then it was clearly used. The plastic casing is dirty. The machine made a terrible grinding noise when i switched it on and it didn’t laminate at all, it would automatically go into reverse. Returning this asap. Avoid!

Very good
This is a neat, stylish product which is easy and safe to use. It senses the size of the document to be laminated whether A4 or A3 and laminates quickly and without difficulty. It takes up little space on the work surface. A starter pack of laminating cards is included in the package. Very useful in any office where lamination is required. At the time of writing it was available for half the recommended retail price from the Amazon website.

Not suitable for business use
Product info says item suitable for business. Ordered for use in a small school and low usability. It's not even suitable for this. This item is more for home use. Warm up time of machine not good, laminates becomes stuck, waiting time for item takes too long. More for low, low level usage

A very nice Laminator indeed!
Excellent product. Creates very nice crease-free laminates. It's only a laminator, so there is a limit to my excitement, but it's a bloody good one!Worth the extra money to get something decent!!

Worst laminator ever purchased.
We cant get it to work properly without everything getting curled or creased. We've tried with a carrier, without a carrier, different heat settings and different laminating pouches. All still get creased or curled. The worst laminator I've ever had.
