No - mine are marked ComfortSoft made in Dominican Republic - 100% cotton - And they are superb!

Q: Are these the Comfort Blend 50% cotton/50% poly blend shirts? The reviews state that it is not.

Nah these are 60% cotton, 28% poly and 12% Rayon but that doesn't matter because these are the bee's knees.You know that set of clothing that's really great and when it eventually gets worn out you go to Amazon so you can buy the exact same thing? That's these shirts.
