Does the job as described. Perfect device for those who are suffering from sore muscles after long hours at work.Heat is barely noticeable, so don't expect much from it. However, shiatsu type is a lot better than regular vibrating massagers I have tried before.Leather is good, it is really cordless which is very convenient even when using at home.

Very good product. Good quality and using it for almost a month now without any issues. If you are suffering with neck pain and headache, this is the best companion.

I really find this machine relaxing, especially on the slow setting. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and this absolutely helps relieve the tension.I only wish it could stay set in place better as opposed to my always having to hold it in place

A good massager and does the job

Within 4-5 months of use after sparing use ,the rechargeable battery is very weak,although on charge 24/7. Tried to contact supplier/Amazon ,no solution.

I have purchased This Cordless Neck and Back massager because I have been suffering from pain in Neck and Shoulder. I am already feeling relaxed after using this massager. It also provides 3 settings of speed, reverse/forward the roller balls and power off/on, which make it very easy to use and make it very simple to learn and adapt to using the Neck Massager. The pressure of the rollers is firm and goes deeply into the muscle knots. The heat is just nice for me, it warms the cold muscles up nicely on cold nights. I sleep much better now. You do not have to connect the Massager with Power all the time in order to use it like all other massagers in the market as it comes with built in Chargeable battery. The leather is very good quality of the material. The Massager also have a belt which is very helpful as it keeps your hands free. I would recommend it to everyone. delivery was prompt and leather carry bag are helpful for storage.

Amazing if you have some sore area in your back

It’s great that you can use this thing anywhere, without wires. The charge lasts a good long time. You can literally massage any part of your body on three different settings. I’ve used it for back, shoulders, thighs, calves. The heat function isn’t really warm (hence deducting one star)but it does light up Red, which is warming in thought. I bought this for sciatic pain, and to be honest not sure if it helped or it was the painkillers that sorted it out, but either way, the pain has reduced and I’m not sorry I bought this gadget. it looks cumbersome, yes, the underside has got balls inside black netting, so not a brilliant look, but they rotate in such a way that you feel massaged, and I like the fact you can start on a gentle setting and work up. Equally glad it has a neat looking sports bag to store in. The controls are dead simple, just on one side strap. It’s just me who often tries to press the wrong strap as you can use the thing any way round, and I lose track of left and right for that reason. my bad. Gadget fine.

I was recommended this product by a friend, Unexpectedly great product, simple functionality and does more than just relaxing you, takes away your pain completely.I had stiff neck muscle for weeks, coming and going which limited my movement and now completely disappeared by using this massager.. now I am using it for daily relaxation and this product travels from one room to another as everyone is enjoying it. Might have to purchase another one for parents.Surprisingly comes with travel charger which is more than handy as I am back to work from office. I am planning to use it on my breaks.Highly recommend it.
