Bare Decor Vivi Spa/Serving Tray In Solid Teak Wood

I bought mine from Amazon Warehouse Deals. The top of the handles had a lot of scratches and looked rough. Shipping may be partially to blame. I sanded it with 400 grit sandpaper. I rubbed butcher block oil on it, and now it looks brand new. I guess mineral oil is good to use. Even olive oil probably? I had recently bought a butcher block island, and it wasn't smooth at all. I learned that they use 400 grit sandpaper to make them smooth and use butcher block oil and also wax to keep them looking nice. So I had the products around the house from working on my butcher block island. Butcher block oil is mineral oil that is safe for food surfaces. Use it when the wood fades. Don't let the wood dry out. The tray has handcrafted dovetail joints at each corner, and the joinery on the underside uses dowels so this is a very nice, hand-made tray built by a craftsman.

Beautiful tray, quality built... all wood construction. I sanded a few spots that were naturally rough then I used an almond oil stick (meant for treating furniture) and conditioned the tray, which brought out the grain. This tray is perfect for putting lots of goodies for baking and cooking and wrapping as a gift. It's also perfect in the bathroom with soaps, towels and candle around your spa tub.

Love. It is pretty large but I use it as decor for my coffee table. It is absolutely beautiful.

This tray is beautiful and a very nice size. It's very well made, with a beautiful golden brown color. It easily held all the food and dinnerware I needed to carry outside.

This is a very sturdy wooden tray. It is nicely stained and finished. It is heavier and larger than any serving tray I've owned. It would probably support more things than I am able to lift.
