Keeping a careful eye delivers results
Needs attention to avoid uneven roast and burning.I use 250g or it does not turn the coffee.I preheat and cover w a thick cloth to prevent heat loss while allowing water vapour to escape.Lately, I use a digital thermometer (w a sensor on a lead) to provide feedback as it finishes roastingWith practice, you can get some v decent coffee out of this. The next decent machine up costs 10x!
