Just what the Rib Doctor ordered
The roaster is heavy - Star. When you place the lid on the base it seals so heat doesn’t escape - Star. The cooker holds 3 racks of ribs comfortably, 4 in a squeeze - Star. It comes with a rack so the ribs don’t sit in the grease they release - Star. It’s easy to clean (put a small amount of water at the bottom so nothing sticks) - Star. Performance: another Star. Too bad I can’t give it 6 stars! Oh, and it’s great for whole Pork Loins! Star number 7!

Super für Spare Ribs
Nicht gerade billig & leicht, aber groß für 6 Racks. Ergebnis war super. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Good Product & the Company Stood Behind It
My Broil King roaster was defective. To their credit, the company replaced it. Used as a cloche, the roaster makes fine, pullman loaves, large and luscious. Should work for baguettes as well. And the item will last for a lifetime with proper care.
