Covers everything
I have an adult female bicycle and it covers it perfectly. I've even feared that the fabric will tear with how roughly I treat it when forcing the bicycle into the little space when I keep it but the fabric has endured the pain and stayed strong. It has a velcro in the bottom that helps against being taken away by the wind. I'm happy I purchased this product.

Definitely waterproof; could use more straps; useful stuffsack
I bought this cover to protect my bicycle from the elements when not in use. It definitely keeps the rain off - and the condensation in. There are mornings when I'll remove the cover and find a buildup of dew trapped beneath, threatening to rust the bike and mold the cover.One morning I found that the wind had whipped the cover off the bicycle completely. The front strap kept it from being blown away to Oz; a strap on the rear and one on the middle would definitely be a plus.The little stuffsack is convenient storage for when I'm not using the cover. I can keep it in the basket without the wind stealing it away.

Fits a 700c hybrid bike
I keep my bike on the patio and this cover is perfect for keeping dust and dirt off my bike. It's a little tricky to put the cover on the right direction, the widest part should go over the handlebars. It works best if you fully cover your bike and tuck the excess material under your wheels so the cover doesn't blow away. The band to pull through your tire isn't that helpful but it's nice to secure the cover to the bike so you don't lose your cover to a strong wind storm. Those don't really happen where I live so it's not as useful for me. I don't have my bike properly locked with the cover on, but I imagine it would be difficult to use a U-lock secured to the frame and back tire. I've seen a lot of other covers that claim they have a hole so you can lock your bike but from what I could tell those covers only allow you to lock your front tire, which if you live in an urban environment or anywhere where bike theft is common, locking your front tire isn't going to save your bike.
