I really should start looking at a tape measure when ordering in CMs. This is absolutely massive but it does mean that when I buy a 3kg leg of lamb it fits into the roaster rather than hanging over the edge. I would expect it can fit a decent sized turkey in without a problem.Cleaning it was a bit of a fiddle because it is so big, but it does clean really easily so all in all I’m happy with it, although I’ve also bought a smaller roaster for when it’s just me and the dog for dinner.

Love this roasting tin!Big and Sturdy, enough for a Turkey, could fit in a couple of chickens. Handles set on the diagonal so easier to fit in a conventional oven. Perfectly roasted chickens with no basting required. I was sceptical about being easy to clean but it is! Great buy

This is just what I was looking for and the quality is great. Most similar products only have handles on the bottom part, but this has handles on both top and bottom, so you're essentially getting two roasting dishes for the price of one.

I use this in a solid fuel range and it is excellent. It's a huge container. You can fit the Sunday roast and all the other root vegetables (potatoes, parsnips, carrots, beetroot) into it. Pop it in the oven for a few hours and forget about it. Everything is cooked to perfection and succulent. Oil the bottom of the tin with a spray of olive oil first.

The media could not be loaded.  I was so excited to buy this because of the size. I only opened it a few weeks after buying it and I was so disappointed as there was a large chip on the inside... I am hoping I can get a refund as unfortunately I can't use it.

Quite small the 38cm variant. Not suitable for large poultry but rather a medium size chicken. Had to return it.
