I've really enjoyed the product. Shakes taste great, they aren't leaving me hungry. Fire bullets are easy to swallow. Have been doing shakes and fire bullets for a full week. Using them to shift baby weight and i can definitely see a difference and feeling better in my clothes. Very excited to continue using the brand.

Ordered these to help control my weight during lockdown! I work nights as a key worker driving HGV and often find myself snacking and eating more than I would normally do. Not only do they help me stay alert but they suppress my appetite. Over the past couple of weeks I’ve also lost 5 lb! Not done any exercise either! They definitely work for me. The only thing would be to make sure you follow the instructions and take on an empty stomach otherwise you might suffer from a case of heartburn! Definitely recommend!!

This is not a miracle pill, so do not expect the pills to magically keep the weight off if you keep eating badly and sit on the couch all day. It does however work magic with a healthy diet and light exercise routine. My husband and I followed a keto diet while taking this supplement and we have literally lost centimetres of body fat in a short space of time. I had no side effects or jittery feeling and it gave me just the right boost in the morning to start my yoga. Love this product and can highly recommend it.
