I recently got a really good deal on a BMX bike but it needed some new parts like a chain and grips. When I started looking for a good pair of grips I saw these ones from ODI pop up a lot. Since they were only $10 I figured I would give them a go and I did not regret it.First, installing slide on grips can be a bit of a hassle but these aren't as bad as most. Just clean the bars well and put a little bit of rubbing alcohol on the inside of the grips. They can then easily be slid on and after a couple of hours the alcohol will have evaporated and they won't move.After my grips were installed I went for a ride to try them out and I was impressed instantly. They grips have a very nice cushiony feel and are very grippy. A lot of grips have a sticky feel which I personally hate but these do not at all even after a long day of sweaty riding. In addition these make the landings on big jumps and drops feel a lot softer as they compress a decent amount upon landing. When riding a BMX bike that helps a lot especially if you are used to riding a bike with suspension. One last thing that I really liked about these grips is that even after months of riding with them, they don't start to slip around. In my experience in the past slide on grips loosen up over time and you need to replace them but so far that hasn't been the case with these.Overall I can highly recommend these grips. They are by far the best I have ever tried and if I ever do another BMX build I will be sure to buy another pair of these for it.

Nice grips. Went on easy with isopropyl alchohol. Never again will I buy locking grips that have hex bolts that easily can get stripped!

The media could not be loaded.  If you were a kid in the 80s, there's a high probability that you either had, or lusted after Odi's mushroom grips. They were basically the gold standard when it came to squishy bmx grips. I was changing out my old mountain bike grips, and was pleasantly surprised to find that Odi not only still makes the ones I remember, but they now also make these flangless versions. For such short money, I couldn't have made a better choice. I ride without gloves, so I wanted something that wasn't super hard, but also provided a good grabby surface, and these are perfect. They are soft, pliable, and overall, very comfortable and grippy. I'm not a huge fan of the bright white logos on the bar ends, but that's hardly something to complain about. Very happy with these.

As for all handles, rubbing alcohol helped to get them on it seconds!

Put them on my three year olds restored bike. Very comfortable

Just make sure the surface is clean and that you slightly lube it. Not sure the durability yet,so stay tuned!
