I really like this prenatal as they are gentle on your stomach. I am still taking a prenatal while I am breastfeeding. I like that they have one specifically designed for after birth.

My wife absolutely loves this whole line of prenatals, they are formulated for each stage of your pregnancy to make sure you're getting what you need when you need it.There are a ton of prenatals out there and who knows which ones are really the best. I know that my wife had great milk supply and created two amazing off-the-chart children using these prenatals.If you are reading this review then kudos for you are doing better than the majority of parents who are not very concerned in the first place.Make these part of your routine and definitely consider the Omega supplements to go With them.

I like this vitamin set quite well. It has the separate DHA, so it will absorb at its own rate. I noticed it has a small amount of calcium and a lot of iron. For me, this is good. I get loads of calcium through my food during the day, so I don't worry about the calcium in the vitamin not absorbing due to iron. I often do not get enough iron in my food. I really like that they have fine-tuned the vitamins for breastfeeding. This is something I have not seen with any other brand, so I am taking vitamins for my current stage in life rather than my pregnancy. I buy the vitamin set in three-month supplies, so the price ends up being less than any other combo I looked up. They work as well as anything I've taken, so I'm sold.

I'm breastfeeding so I'm excited to see a vitamin for this stage. Arrived on time and in the prettiest little package love the details. The DHA capsules lined with Strawberry 🍓 flavor is very clever. So yesterday was Day 2 on them and I can tell a slight change in energy already. I'll post an update after 30 days.
