Klein Tools 56048 Rechargeable LED Headlamp, Adjustable Fabric Strap, 400 lms...

Snaps right into the Klein hardhat no problem. No real weight difference that I can tell on my hardhat. Light sequencing is a little odd at first going from Med, Dim and Bright light settings in that order. Battery life is a little to be desired but charging daily after shift is a non issue and gets me thru a 10-12 hour shift no problems with fairly regular use, it doesn’t survive 2 full shifts. The positions that the light rotates is nice but I did break it after a piece of equipment hit it. Light still works no problem just won’t move now, not going to take a star off of the review and I see that as a me issue and not a product issue. Would recommend for any Klein wearing hardhats.

Have had one for a few years battery power isn’t quite the same on it so I bought another one of the exact same model

Great light. Very bright

Amazing I’ve had it for a while. Works amazing. 5 stars

I use mine ALL the time. It's got to the point where it's hard not to have it on. And as a result of near constant use on an almost daily basis for years, the little male bracket plastic rod connecting the headlight to the plastic headlight bracket on the head strap, broke off. I glued it back on, and then yesterday knocked into some plywood with my head and the plastic I glued on broke off. So time to replace it or hopefully Klein will fix me a warranty replacement for the part.

good light , long run time , works well in the Klein tools hard hat or on the supplied strap mount. easy to operate 1 press is spot Medium power , a second quick press is flood low power and a third is high all on flood and spot. once the light has been on for a few seconds a single press turns it off 1 is good for task work 2 is food for walking navigation and extended battery life. 3 is good for when you just need all the light but run time is shortened. it flashes when it is about to go dead on low you can get about 7-10 more minutes high maybe 2 but it is a warning you need to find your alternate light the magnet is also handy working on trucks , you can stick the light to the vehicle where you need the light

Installed the light on my hardhat two years ago and it is still working great. Usually gets me through 12 hours without charging. Three brightness settings work for all situations. I am noticing the elastic strap is worn out and will need replacement soon.

I got this Klein Tools Headlamp and have been extremely satisfied with its performance. This headlamp is perfect for a variety of applications, including outdoor activities, home repairs, and vehicle work. One of the standout features of the headlamp is its brightness, with a powerful LED light that produces 400 lumens of illumination. This is more than enough light for most tasks, and the headlamp has a beam distance of over 200 feet. The headlamp also has a wide beam that illuminates a large area, making it easier to see what you are working on. I also really like the convenience of the headlamp's rechargeable battery. The headlamp has a runtime of up to 14 hours on a single charge, which is more than enough for most tasks. The headlamp also has an auto-off feature that conserves battery life by turning the light off after a period of inactivity. In terms of comfort, the headlamp has an adjustable fabric strap that fits securely and comfortably on the head. The headlamp is also lightweight and does not put any strain on my neck or head. Overall, the Klein Tools Rechargeable Auto-Off LED Headlamp is an excellent tool that is perfect for a variety of jobs. Its brightness, long runtime, and comfort make it a top choice for anyone in need of a reliable headlamp.
