I use this at home when I'm working at a PC in winter. It doesn't take up much room and I only need it on the lowest setting. Its soft and a nice colour. It also means I don't need to put the central heating on when im at home. I have recommended these to friends.As it ruckles up on my desk seat when I'm sat on it, I removed the cover and placed it on top of the heat pad to solve that problem. Have also used it for back and stomach ache. It was cheaper than any I could see in Boots, Lloyds pharmacy, Dunelm and Argos too.

I bought this due to pain in my hand and arm as a result of having a cannula which was leaving bruising and acute pain in my arm, the controls are simple to use, it will get quite hot if you want it to but I had it on quite low, it also has a timer which is hand and found this helped as well, it was really good at easing the pain and would recommend this to others as it’s well made, works well and at a fair price so 10/10 from me!

"Comfortable, soft, wrap around"

I am on my third one now! This model is so good I have rebought it twice. If you use it daily then it may last a couple of years rather than a decade, but it’s a great size, it heats quickly and works well in so many ways, but most of all— it’s just fantastically soft and strokable and comfortable. The cover is not effective as it always ends up folded over inside the cover but I believe this product is so good, that such can be forgiven.

I have purchased two of these and after 18 months, power still works but no heat. I should have learnt the first time but now purchased two and both gone wrong, same fault after 18 months. Powers up but no heat. It does not seem one can send it back. So this product therefore costs a £1.50 a month and then into landfill!!

I use this for chronic pain. I thought that the washable exterior would be useful but it twists around and gets tangled so I removed it. Very small compared to my previous heated pad , cooler and not as helpful in relieving pain. However if you have sensitive skin and get scalded by other heat pads this may be the one for you. It has three heat settings I always have it on full. There's a timer which seems to be set a bit short too. This would probably be good for an older person for a bit of extra comfort, not really powerful enough for my needs. The cord seems fairly long.

I can't believe I haven't used one of these until now! I have endometriosis and adenomyosis and often use hot water bottles, but obviously they don't necessarily stay hot for long. This covers my whole tummy and groin/hip area, where I experience a lot of pain. It's lovely and soft and simple to use, and I'm so glad I bought it. It doesn't completely ease my pain (nothing does), but it is a massive help and really does help. I'd definitely recommend it.
