Cressi Adult Scuba Diving Mask, Fog Stop, Low Volume, Wide View - Calibro: made in Italy

First let me say that I loved everything about this mask. the fit is comfortable. plus very soft with no leaks. the view is as good as any two lens mask. You have to over look the way the mask is made.it only attaches at the lens. Which means it can be pealed back on the top and sides. no big deal. the reason I sent it back is I'am a free diver. I need to clear my nose my pinching the bottom of the nose. the bottom portion of this mask nose area is hard rubber. my nose fits the the mask perfectly. Cressi made the sides nice and soft.But I don't clear my nose by pinching half way up my nose. So back it went.

This seemed like a good quality mask, but I had to send it back because it didn't quite fit my face and leaked a bit. If you have a different face than mine it could be a great buy

I bought the Cressi Calibro mask after having issues the SEAC M70 mask silicone skirt separating from the frame as others have experienced (see SEAC M70 1 star reviews), The Cressi Calibro was my second choice for a low volume mask, primarily due to price, However I had a cressi Aquarius mask that had lasted me at least 24 years, so there was no question on getting another Cressi mask, what put me off was the price. I had originally had this mask in my cart for months and the price was always around $50 - $60, So when the price jumped up I went for the SEAC M70 at $53 (Great mask for the price except for the manufacturing flaw).As soon as I received the Cressi Calibro I inspected it and pulled on the silicone skirt to see if this style of low volume mask was prone to the silicone separating from the frame, I noticed that the outer edge of silicone skirt is not directly bonded to the frame, this floating skirt detail is kind of strange. So I decided to test in the pool to make sure there was no separation of the skirt and frame. Mask sealed ok but I was having small leaking issues around the nose area when trying to clear my ears and opening my mouth to bite down on the snorkel, I thought that this was due to having 2 days worth of stubble on my face. So I waited until I had shaved again to test again.So after shaving tried the mask again, mask sealed ok did not leak as much but still did around the nose area, Also the nose pocket fits, but I cant get my gloved fingers in to pinch on either side to clear my ears, So now I'm going to have to resort to clearing by moving my jaw forward.The only thing that is different is the silicone does not seem as pliable / subtle so does not form to my face as well as the SEAC M70. Seriously hoping SEAC fixes their manufacturing issue.

Fogged up but otherwise decent mask

I just received this mask today and the case was broken at the joint. Then I noticed that the case was cracked then clear tape was used to hold it together. That's RIDICULOUS! A company like Cressi with the standard they keep makes me believe this doesnt even come from them at all. Hopefully the mask work the way it advertised. Of not, I'll be back for a second review.

Fits nicely. Not really anti fog

I bought these on the strength of other online reviews. Cressi is a well known company with a good reputation. The individual lenses and anti-fog properties appealed. This mask is recommended for Spear Fishing, but my use for snorkelling and sub-surface photography was close enough.I prepared the lenses with toothpaste on receipt and used McNETT Sea Gold prior to each use; even with the advertised anti-fog feature there is no sense in not following good practice. The upshot: I snorkelled in the Med for literally hours without any fogging whatsoever.The lens are close to your eyes and the mask is a close fit - this results in a wide, largely unobstructed view. If you have a very wide face this mask maybe too small - sadly this is something you will only discover when you try it.I cannot find any fault with this mask and I cannot wait to get back in the sea to use it again. An added bonus worthy of mention is this mask arrived in its own click shut hard case; whilst probably not robust enough for longterm professional use it is all you need for packing in luggage or lugging to the beach in a 'dive' bag.

I was very excited at the beginning as I always believed in the good reputation this brand carries from years. The mask looks great and fit well. Anti fog is only an ad vertuto sell the product. No differences at all between a standard mask and this “anti fog” one but you can rid of the fog with usual tricks. I used it for a week in holidays and despite a great care the mask frame literally fell a part. I was astonished. I had to return the product and I’ll purchase something different.

Bought this for a holiday in Madeira. The skirt is really soft and flexible, so offers a good fit on your face (even with my beard). There's no pressure or tight spots on the nose or anywhere else. Really happy with this for snorkeling.I used an anti fog paste, so no idea if it fogs up or not without it. always best to take all precautions.

Great mask, super clear lenses and comfortable.Does it fog? Oh yes like every single one of them so if someone says it does not fog then I'm 100% sure they lie. I have never had mask that does not fog but I use Cressi antifog spray and that just works - simple 5 quid solution if you are on the go or boat. Spray and wash it works great.I have used it for diving and snorkeling - it just works and not leaking so not much more to say about it.

This is a super mask. Just back from 3 weeks diving in Maldives. No fogging or leaking whatsoever! Even when using the turbo dive scooters and in fierce channel currents it stayed sealed perfectly. It's smaller than my cressi big eyes masks which for me was great as it gave me a better gap from my hair at top and sides. Easy to adjust and comfortable round my head.I got the white as blue was out of stock... But I got loads of comments on how good it looked so glad I got that one.At the price I paid (£35) I have to say it was an absolute bargain and well worth the money.
