I first tried this when I was in Afghanistan in 2005. Everybody was taking it and blowing up like crazy. I tried it and it was way too sugary for me so I stopped taking it. I am a hard gainer. It is so hard to even gain 3 pounds and if I do, I’d lose it again in two days. I decided to give cell Tech a try again. First off it’s not wicked sugary anymore and I could drink it like nothing. Next, I am totally blown away that in the first five days I gained 6 pounds and I gained half an inch on my arms. I could just imagine what’s gonna happen in my first month. I am so impressed with this stuff. And the most important part is when you start seeing results it makes you work out harder. This is a total game changer in my life right now, so I am so excited that this is actually working for me. if you’re a hard gainer and you can’t put on any muscle, definitely try this and drink a decent amount of water and you will grow like you would not believe. It's a creatine with a very good flavor, there are others that you can't even drink but this one I recommend it looks like a fruit juice it has a very good portion and is excellent for 💪 it gives you a lot of energy

taste is good, creatine amount is misleading - it is actually 5g/serving, so the label is telling you to take 2 servings, that you could do with any other creatine. This is my lumpiest creatine. Every other one that I have had, or have currently mixes no problem. But this one always has globs unless I use the blender. Even a shaker isn't enough to break it up. But its fine, just not 5 stars.
