SIYWINA Exercise Ball Birthing Ball feels durable and sturdy. No strong plastic smell which good. It comes with a manual pump which is a bit awkward to attach to the plug, but with a little patience, it will blow up the ball beautifully.My husband and I took turns testing, and really put all our weight on it. The ball held quite well for such a strong giant like my husband.I recommend this exercise ball since it can just hang out anywhere in the house without being useless. You can sit on it the whole day as it's really comfortable while keeping good posture. On top of that, it helps me improve my balance when doing pilates or yoga. It helps when I work out as it builds strength and tones muscles. It's also beneficial for people who needs to recuperate from an accident or pregnancy.I just hope it came with a measuring tape as a guide when pumping the air in. Also, it's more convenient and faster to inflate if you have an electric pump.

This is a decent quality exercise ball, great for either straightforward exercising, or as an alternative to a chair, which many people find comfortable, and as a good exercise aid..I previously got one of these for my wife, who has had back surgery (herniated disc), from which she is still recovering, and still suffers a fair bit of discomfort. Sitting too long often causes pain, and she finds this (alternating between chair and the ball) helps. She works from home, and uses this whilst sitting at her desk.This is an additional one for my grandson who uses for general sitting, which he finds really comfortable, as well as exercising.As noted, this is well-made with quality thick rubber that doesn’t slide around easily on floors, and feels very strong once inflated.This ball comes with a manual foot pump, which is fine. If you’ve got an electric pump, it’ll inflate quicker and easier, obviously!To summarise, a good quality product that feels strong and durable. Good value too. I picked the 55cm ball, I already own a different 65cm ball but it's far too big for me and for arm exercises so the 55cm is a much better size for me been 5ft1This is a good pack which includes- a plug for the hole and also a spare plug, a squeaky foot pump (which gave me a workout itself), a guide booklet and a hook type thing to grip the plug to pull out which is a good idea- my last one did not include one of these and I always struggled taking it out to top up.I'm not actually sure how far to fill it as it stays abit squishy so I did it till i felt it was getting abit solid but seems okIt's thick material, very smooth. it will stay up now so not sure about letting it up and down how long it will lastI've used exercise balls for years, cant say i notice a difference from using them but its a good way to be active without having to do much work.

Used it twice and it keeps deflating. Don’t waste ur money

This is a large yoga ball that you can jump all over without any fear of it deflating. Our 14 year old daughter loves yoga and has really put this ball through its paces over the last couple of months. It's still just as good as it was when we unpacked it.

Easy to inflate. Only had one day so far so we’ll see how it holds air. The 55” is really tiny. I bought it for pregnancy to sit on and it’s way too small. Luckily my toddler loves playing with it so not a complete waste
