Perfect fit
Opened up the dishwasher and put these in. Perfect fit and working well.

Trivial to install and dishwasher door functions like new again.
These are trivial to install.Depending on your flooring you may need to unscrew/remove the kickplate on the bottom front before pulling your dishwasher out so it does not bind/scratch on the flooring. I did not need to do this for my installation. Then remove screws (usually 2) that screw up into your counter top through metal tabs (usually you need the door open to get to them). Then just pull the dishwasher out far enough to expose the side area right behind the door. There is no cover to remove. Remove the tattered/severed ones noting how they are attached at the bottom around a small pulley (do them one at a time so you have a reference). Attach to bottom first, route the cord, then hook spring at top. Repeat on other side. Test your door, should be like new! Push unit back in, put screws in top, kickplate on bottom if you removed it. Done. I did not need to unhook any electrical or water. Only had to pull the dishwasher out about 4 inches. Reference youtube if necessary.

Worked Perfectly
Worked like a charm. My original cable broke making the dishwasher door feel heavy without the springs helping. Overall the cables were easy to install and there are plenty of YouTube videos out there to show you how it’s done.

Not the same length
Purchased a two pack of these, opened the bag and noticed one measures 12” and the other 11 3/4”. Factory/OEM spec is 12.1”. This will result in uneven door tension and premature failure. Quality control must be poor.

Perfect replacement
Exactly what I needed to fix my dishwasher after one broke. I figured better to replace them both at the same time.

Cheaply made
I feel like I am installing one every 3-5 months. The plastic breaks so easy and is a pain to change. The original (same construction) lasted almost 5 years and now the new and improved ones don't last more than 10 percent that long.
