Eurita Clay Roaster, Non-Stick Dutch Oven, Healthy Clay Pot Cooking, With Free Recipe Guide, 6.25 Quarts

I received this yesterday and it just so happened that I was working on a recipe for Tartine sourdough bread. The recipe made two loaves. I cooked one in a cast iron dutch oven which was awkward and needed to be preheated and one in this clay pot. Both loaves turned out nice but the one in the clay pot won because of the ease in starting with a cold oven (450 for 55 min with lid and then 13 min without lid) and the wonderful color. I can't wait to try other foods in this pot!

Was so excited to get this. There is some glaze missing towards the bottom. Afraid it will Crack. Is it ok to bake in it?

Works great. Room for a good size chicken and lots of veggies or very small turkey. Our previous one started cracking after 20 years. But may have been due to years of moving and stacking. So its a great unit.

This is the best cooker you can buy the meat stays moist and tender, follow the cooking instructions and you cannot fail. We make chicken, pot roast, and pork butt in this and every time it comes out so tender it falls apart in your mouth.

These are fantastic oven roasters. Perfect for any foods. Easy to use, looks nice. Take care when hot.

I was so excited about this pot! It is beautiful and a good size, however it cracked after first use. Now this is not the first clay pot that I used and I followed all the steps carefully! It is just that it isn’t sturdy enough! The previous pots were thicker and heavier. I can not recommend!

Looks fine and works fine. the lid is hard to be cleaned because isn't covered with the glass coating what the other part is!Also after the firs use the glass coating got cracked on multiple areas -but overall will work for me

I love cooking in this and cleanup is easy
