The mouse is quite sturdy and is awesome in the hand. Has improved DPI and sensitivity, which makes my work easier. The shortcut buttons are too useful as they can be customised for different needs and different situations. Connects easily via Bluetooth and is fast.

Durable product. Nice and reliable performance. Big in size, nice under palm. Smooth operation. Slight tick noise while using the buttons, which is okay for me but may be annoying to some.I was aware of this of this small noise before I purchased as I have same item before which my son is using.Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.Delivery time was super quick, arrived on same day within few hours.

This product is waste. You will have to replace battery every 15 days which is an additional cost. Battery drains like anything leaving you frustrated. Please do not purchase this mouse. Read reviews on Google rather than amazon and then make a decision. You will find 100s of reviews mentioning the same problem of battery getting drained in few days. On top of that there is no support from customer care.Update 15 may 2025- after detailed discussion on customer support chat they replaced my mouse with another model MS3320W

Completely dead , not working product was delivered and it looks like already used product as scratches are seen in the product. Now I am stuck with this junk product as Amazon is not taking Returns and I have only option to visit the Service centre with additional expenses. This is horrible experience. First dead product is delivered and no help.

Not durable much life is 2 to 3 years click sound very annoying

I am happy with my purchase. the only concern is the light that appeared when the mouse was turned on. The light is missing, which does not allow to know whether the mouse is on or off. Overall it is handy, light weight and very much usable on all surfaces.
