It's perfect for the small area we need it for. My husband is a big guy and the seat is a little on the small side for him but the table is the right size.

My new home's breakfast nook area is small, and I bought this to replace the larger table from our previous home's kitchen. I'm super happy with this set. It arrived ahead of schedule in two separate boxes (the chairs arrived first, and the table the next day). It was all well packed and protected and with no damage. The chairs came mostly pre-assembled and all I had to do was attach the back rests, which took all five minutes total. The table required just a bit more (attaching the 4 legs and the foot rest) but I used a cordless with an Allen wrench attachment and that made it go super fast. (You won't need power tools, everything you need is included, but it sure saves time if you're assembling it by yourself). The only downside is that the foot rest was too small and there seemed to be no way to attach it, but the table is just as sturdy without it (and the stools already come with a foot rest anyway so it feels redundant), thus instead of going through the process of contacting the manufacturer for a replacement part, I simply didn't use it. In fact, I prefer not having that foot rest on the table legs, since it allows me to partially tuck the chairs under the table if I want to. The set is heavy and very sturdy, looks and feels like something much more expensive than I expected. There's nothing flimsy about it. I'm thinking about removing the back rests just because the stools feel more comfortable to me without them, but that's a matter of personal preference and I'm glad this set gives the option to set it up either way. This is a great little table for two to enjoy a quick breakfast/coffee or a glass of wine and charcuterie board. I'm so happy I went with it!

I specifically chose this table set because it says the chairs tuck under table. It does not!!! I’m so upset because now chairs are in the way! I’m using a small spot in my kitchen for this. The table and chairs are very nice and sturdy, it took like an hour to put together and it was very nicely packed in two boxes. But although nicely packed the table had a big scratch on the edge. Overall the set is very nice but be aware chairs do not tuck under table. This was super important for me and now I have to deal with this!!! It would be a hassle to return otherwise I would. Not happy 😠

So small. Chairs do not fit a normal sized adult. May be good for children.
