Product didnt show up, manufacturer not responding
I ordered 3 sets of these shutters. 2 showed up on time and were great, but 1 appears to be lost in shipping (not sure why they weren't shipped together, as i ordered all 3 at the same time). I have attempted to contact amazon and was directed to the manufacturer's website. I submitted a form with all information on the order, and they have not responded after a week.
