This is a five-star product. It is every bit as effective as the expensive name-brand product.Bulk spray bottles should be outlawed. They INGEST as well as spray when squeezed and released. The solution does become contaminated then it can cause problems when bacteria grows in the solution in the bottle. Squeeze the bottle in the nostril as per directions. Maintaining the squeeze, wipe the tip with an alcohol swab, then you can relax your squeeze. I find getting sick to be a real hassle and wiping the tip to be a bother. So I purchase a "1st time use" 15 ml PUMP decongestant then refill with the contents of this product. One of these bulk spray bottles is good for almost two refills. I also disinfect the nozzle tip of the pump sprayer occasionally but at least I do not have to treat it like it was a bio-hazard. Yes, I have had authentic stomach issues, intense ones, from using a mere spray bottle instead of a pump bottle. Pump spray products cost more and offer less. But pumps were designed for a reason other than being a novelty.

GREAT BUY!! This is my 2nd order and it works great. I'm a RN. This nasal decongestant product is the very same thing as the active ingredient in Afrin type nasal sprays & Afrin type sprays are around $6-8 and up EACH on Amazon!! That would amount to a tab of $36.-$48 for the same exact thing. These 6 were $10.96 & free shipping. A no brainer! The active ingredient is Oxymetazalone HCL 0.05%.I wear O2 all day/night via a nasal cannula and have always had sinus issues and if my nose is congested and I can't breathe through my nose-I don't get the O2-so it's use this product or low risk low-no O2.One issue with these! They' tend to get "leaky" when in a pocketbook or not kept upright (it leaks from the base of the nasal sprayer part sometimes) -SO the fix is to pop off the nasal sprayer part & then wrap 2 turns of teflon tape around the base of the sprayer part & then replace the sprayer top.Works like a charm! For saving so much $$$$$ it's worth it! Teflon tape is very useful-and cheap.

I live in Cincinnati where the weather is very unpredictable, so I constantly deal with allergy-induced Asthma and bouts of Bronchitis. My nasal passages are the first things to act up, and it's not only frustrating to not be able to breathe, but also embarrassing when I go to work and speak to people with blocked up nostrils, sounding like a 3-year-old. This decongestant works PERFECTLY! Just sniff 2 - 3 times in each nostril, and for me, it works in just a couple of minutes! It clears up so quickly, it's almost like magic. I sleep so much better at night since discovering this. It's the ONLY thing I'm going to use from now on!

Its really too bad that this product has so many negative reviews for its arriving with leaky broken bottles. For the price and quantity of it is a real deal for sure..It has the same active ingredient in it that the much more expensive product uses, and it works in every way just as well. I have no doubt that the other reviewers are speaking the truth as to it arriving poorly packaged, for so was mine. I guess I just got lucky that it wasn't squished along the way or handled roughly. I have given it 5 stars for its by far the best deal I have found on a well known formula nasal spray. I just hope they have learned their lesson and will package it a little better...

I USED VICKS SINEX FOR YEARS, THEN THEY PRICED THEMSELVES OUT OF THE MARKET. THEN I FOUND A DEAL AT BJ'S FOR AFRIN, BUT ONE DAY I NEEDED IT, AND HEY DIDN'T HAVE IT. NOW I BUY MAJOR 12 HR. DECONGESTANT AT 1/3 THE PRICE. I HAVE BEEN USING MAJOR FOR OVER A YEAR NOW I'M VERY HAPPY FOR THE PRODUCTS PERFORMANCE, AND SUPER HAPPY WITH THE PRICE. I TELL EVERYONE TO THIS, INSTEAD OF THE OTHERS.

I know some people have complained about how these are packaged and the condition they arrive in, but I have ordered them multiple times and have had absolutely no problems. These are by far the best deal for this medicine. These are squeeze bottles, which are definitely inferior to the pumps, but I just continue to refill pumps I've purchased in the past with this product.

I've used this off-brand before and it's the same active ingredient as Afrin, so the product itself is great and much cheaper than buying brand name. However my order of six bottles was a disaster; they were wrapped in a plastic bag, which was a good thing because the individual boxes were crushed and soaking wet. A couple of the bottles were empty and they had all leaked to one degree or another despite all having the cellophane seal around the caps. So it's a good product and price, although I don't know if the leak was a fluke or if these bottles just aren't designed well. By the way, these are the traditional "squeeze/stream" bottles and not the new "mist/pump/no drip" style.

This is the best decongestant spray I've ever used. It really does last about 8 - 10 hours. I use it a couple hours before bedtime so it doesn't keep me awake.
