The belts looked too small at first, but it was only because the old belts were so badly stretched.
The Dyson runs like a pro again. Thanks! It is not the easiest repair. But it can be done. You have to remove the clutch assembly and then dis-assemble the clutch to install the new belts.

Finally Had to use them glad I had them in my stash.
I'm the kinda guy who goes through Amazon looking at stuff. Like I bought a Dyson All/Floors vacuum. Wow it really does what the ads on tv says. So I was just looking at others when I saw the belt kit. My wife thinks I think of myself as a hardware store. Always buying stuff when it's not needed. {Then} Well the thing when chunka chunka whirrrrrr smoke smoke smoke. No matter how hard I tried to suck up the Sassy Frass hair. ( Her che wow wow ) It just kept chuka chuking and blowing smoke rings. Dag Nabbit, Ok I went into the secret closet of stuff! and found the bag of belts bought back in March, They were on the shelf marked "Just In Case."So I then preceded to disassemble the Dyson. WARNING< WARNING< WARNING I am a retired mechanical engineer, 45 yrs working with Raytheon, Litton Industries, Sonopress BMG. Taking the Dyson apart is not for the faint of heart. I even went to youtube and found a tube(?) that showed how. Of course it was the little clutch belt that broke. It took 1.378 hours to get that sucker on. Mr. Dyson from one engineer to another. You may know how to make a vacuum cleaner suck but you are even better at making the replacing of a belt suck. I got it working, better than ever and I still love it, but next time the clutch belt breaks....... a shop will be fixing it. Oh by the way, the belt pack was great, right size and a good price. Buy them. Keep them, then when you have to use them pretend you are old and confused...... That way your young 18 yr old son or neighbors son will step in and "Show the old geezer how it's done!" Just sit back drink a cold root beer and grin when their back is to ya.

DC 33 - Fits great, thought it was totally wrong at first..but then....
These belts nicely fit a Dyson DC 33 - a pain in the butt to install and you need to follow installation videos very carefully. I thought I messed up and ordered the wrong belts as these do NOT state DC33 but they do fit, I couldn't believe how stretched out my old belts were in comparison to these new belts. Finally assembled everything back together aaaaaannndd.. no brush roll! So I searched "DC 33 no brush roll" to discover videos detailing popping off the 2 plastic end caps of the brush roller where massive wound up clumps of hair and fur will always clog everything and seize the brush roll. It was horrifying in both ends. Cleaned it all out...put it all back together and SUCCESS! Brush rollin strong!

Try This Before Tossing Your Dyson!
My 12 year old Dyson was getting difficult to push and seemed to struggle with debris. Although I was fine with a replacement by this point, I decided it was worth the small gamble to see if replacing the belts would keep it running. This came with the clutch belt and the brush belt. The brush belt can be replaced by dismantling the clutch assembly. My belts weren’t broken but they were certainly stretched out. Tear down wasn’t simple but it wasn’t awful either. Replacing the brush belt could be problematic and I can see where the tool would help, but fortunately I’ve done a lot of deadlifts in my day and have strong hands as a result. Once reassembled the vacuum worked wonderfully. I’m hoping this will buy it a few more years of life. I’d heartily recommend this product.

Belts worked; easy to install; no need for new clutch.
My clutch is relatively new having only replaced it recently. I only needed the clutch-to-motor belt and will save the clutch-to-brush-bar for later. My belt had burned out because (my wife's long) hair jammed the brush bar enough to where everything was stuck and the pulley(pin) on the motor just burned through the stuck belt. There was enough hair in there to make a wig. I removed the clutch based on instructions I saw online. The belt was very easy to replace and didn't require any special tools beyond a flathead and a torx screwdriver. All you have to do is remove the torx screws from the clutch and stick a screwdriver into the plastic latch tab and the cover pops right off. There aren't any parts (i.e. bearings) to take apart after that. Just stick the belt in, pop the cover back on, and screw the torx screws back in. The biggest challenge is to loop the new belt back onto the motor. It's not complicated, but just required a little muscle to loop it onto the motor pin after you first put the clutch into its installed position. I did at first try to loop the belt onto the motor first and then push the clutch in its place, but that turned out to be more difficult.

They seemed to be of good quality--though it's hard to say for sure without using ...
Came with both belts---motor to clutch, and clutch to brush. The clutch does need to be disassembled to install the belt, but it is not difficult at all for someone mechanically inclined; if your toolbox contains the required torx drivers, you can probably handle it. They seemed to be of good quality--though it's hard to say for sure without using them for a long time--but they haven't had an issue in several months' worth of weekly use, so I'd say they're holding up well. Considering that the prices for these range from $4 to $25, for what are most likely the same exact belts, it pays to shop around. There is a tool available for installing the brush belt, and it would certainly make doing the job with one person easy, but I managed to stretch the belt with two screwdrivers and have a helper slide the roller into place; it took a little finagling but if you're not a shop replacing these on a regular basis, I'd skip the tool. I'd say the entire process took half an hour or so, and I took everything apart and cleaned it all at the same time (including the brush bearings which the factory had installed backwards and were thus packed with crud).

Not easy to install, but that is the fault of the vacuum. This seems to be a good product.
I am sure the Dyson company does not want its customer to replace their own belts. It was very difficult, but I was able to conquer it with the help of YouTube. It took me 3 days, but I was successful. I had to enlist the help of my husband to help me get the new belt back on the roller because it was unbelievably tight. The new belts work well. Very reasonably priced.

Instalation a little difficult if you forget how it came apart....
Good value for the belts. Be sure to watch an installation video while replacing the belts
