Ok so I bought this monitor sine my account which lasted 10 years started to fade in colour, I live in the Caribbean Trinidad, so returning is not an option , anyhow I got it today 16/Dec/2021 not for hell the monitor wouldn't power on, so I say we'll there goes 200.00 dollars, I decided hey read the instructions manual, don't assume, next to where the power cord connects is a switch, ok on, nothing, continued reading saw some buttons at the lower right side, assumed the big one must be the on off switch, no, it's the top small one, bammmm, I'm on, powered up perfect, so I decided again to read, adjust the color adjustment, brightness, infact everything to my suiting, I will say, the monitor is perfect, have some patience and read the balsted manual, it's not scrap paper, they put it there for a reason, going and check out the camera, and speakers which I realize, have cords to connect for them!!!!! Great product excellent colour soothing on the eyes too!!!!

I love it!!! The picture is quality and the sound is with clarity.

Buyer, beware. I just received the monitor today and the monitor wouldn't turn on. I got no standby light or blue power light, even though it was plugged into a working outlet with a working power bar and the power button is switched on. I tried draining the capacitor and called the support line. The woman walked me through the same steps of testing it. She said it sounded like a bad power cord, but she wouldn't send me a new power cord to test unless I boxed the whole thing up and sent it in for repairs. I managed to find a neighbor's working cord to test. It wasn't the cord. This monitor is a piece of junk! It feels like cheap plastic, and the screen smudges horribly to the touch. I will pack it up to return tomorrow. Don't waste your money playing electronic roulette with this company.

Purchased this for my sister to video chat with her son. Monitor is fine , but couldn't get the webcam to install correctly. This is being used on a Windows 7 computer and despite Acer website information that says it will work with Windows 7 and downloading drivers for the webcam, it still will not work. Sound would install, but not the camera. I tried everything that I could think of and tried several of the troubleshooting helps, but to no avail. Thinking this might be something on her computer, I brought it to my home and tried my Windows 7 computer. Same issue. Probably works with Windows 10, but doesn't work with Windows 7. Use your own judgement.

Using this for WFH. Love the built in camera for work meetings. So easy and good quality

Is clear with high Definition.Really worth the price

Buyer beware. Monitor wouldn't power on. It wasn't the power cord as it powered up the old monitor. Seems like this is a common problem with this monitor. Returning for a refund.
