I held off writing reviews until I had ample time to try out the item more than once or twice. When I received the scale I pressed the power button and heard the click and thought "oh no, inferior". I don't know why but I imagine a smoother operation would be seen as a higher quality unit. I found that the operation of the power button doesn't have a thing to do with the main function of the item and that's to weigh accurately. It does. it certainly does its job and thats what I'm reviewing on. It's power to perform well for the function it serves. I've had worse. This is a great scale with a generous platform. It's difficult to beat for the price!

This product is awesome. It is accurate and reads steady. I use it to measure coffee. I have a small container I set on it an zero/tar it. When I pour the coffee it instantly updates. When I take the container off and dump the coffee to the grinder, then put the container back on, it always return zero. The only complaint I have is it won't do much weight. I bought a scale which will do more weight and realized just how good this one is by comparison. The other one never returns to zero and constantly drifts the weight. This scale is solid for small measurements.

One thing i don’t understand is the 100g calibration. Is it really that necessary to have 100g? Most i see is clusters of 10gs for calibration.Easy calibration and use, however the button placement is a bit off from the sticker that lays on top, along with a hard press. It sorta cheapens the item.I am a fan of detachable covers and the blue backlit screen. Sticker label is modern and more flattering than other scales.Besides the quirks, it works great. So far…

I bought this scale to replace one I'd had previously that broke (it was my fault, I dropped it from a height). I liked this one's little tray, especially since my broken one didn't have this feature. It's really easy to use and works great, BUT I didn't realize it's upper limit is 200 grams (about 7 ounces) and I had become spoiled by my first one that could weigh things up to 1 kg (just over 2 lbs.), and it was only about 75 cents more than this one. We're keeping it for use in our home office and I'm reordering the first one for the kitchen (AWS-1KG also available on Amazon).

My husband bought this to measure the weights of his watch for his watch review videos. The scale looks and feels like an upmarket product. They've also included a weight that you can use to calibrate the scale. He hasn't had to use it yet because it hasn't lost calibration. Suits his needs to a T.

Love it, fits in my bag easily without taking space, have yet to change the battery, I'll weigh an item 2 or 3 times and it's always the same, accuracy is very good. Definitely a great buy.

I haven’t put this scale through any sort of heavy or intensive use/abuse, but for the month or so I’ve had it, it’s been working absolutely perfectly so far. It’s pretty simple/straight-forward and intuitive to use as well. The calibration weight is a nice touch, too. I don’t think I’ve necessarily NEEDED to re-calibrate it, but it’s kinda fun to do, haha. At the very least it provides peace of mind, knowing that this weight/feature is included. I give it 5 out of 5 Steven Stars :D
