Decent
Not as sturdy as I had hoped, but it fit my old poles that are no longer being made and it didn't take much effort to switch the baskets out. The real test will be when the snow starts falling, which is still to be determine.

doesn't look like picture, it is bigger than the one shown, I now own both. I used this AT skiing in Colorado, and it held up, and "floats". It is more of a wire covered in plastic than a plastic disc. Durable.
