My recliner was built in 1996 and the handle broke in Dec. 2013. The replacing was easy and the appearance matched the old one perfectly.I only gave 4 stars because they didn't specify if a new retaining screw was included or not. Luckily I was able to use the old one

I am going to throw it away as I can't get the broken remnant of the old handle off. I have tried every size Allen Wrench and screwdriver. I could drill it out but they don't include a replacement screw.

Hate to give it even one star. Nothing like receiving a package with the main item missing. although the return was honored so one star for redemption. Hope, quality checking is implemented.
