Update: I feel I need to share that I was offered $50 to remove my critical review. I noticed that the offer of changing a bad review incentive has steadily risen in bribe amount. Please be aware that they wouldn't ask for a change if it was a fluke.Original Review: I hope I'm one of the few with this issue. I got it & tried it on myself first - started with 1, 10, 20, 50. They got stronger as it went which was expected. However, when I put it on my dog, she screamed (SCREAMED) at the zap. When we got home, I tried it again & it was very painful - I wanted to rip my arm away but held it to get the full effect. I had it on level 1 and it felt like it was at full power. I am returning and hope it's just a defective one.

I have had other training collars but they werent available. This is hard to see and you have to switch a lot. My last collar for 2 dogs was epica and the controls for both dogs were right on the front. Dog 1 on the left and Dog 2 on the right with 3 button row. top button was vibrate then down to light shock and 3rd button higher shock. there was even an adjoining button, for vibrating a warning to both dogs at the same time!!! Now that was a great design for a controller. This collar requires 2 hands (not good if your hands are busy maybe walking 2 out of control dogs?!!) You have to hold one button down on the right side of control with right hand while twisting the on/ off button on left to dial to the correct dog with the left hand. This takes too long when you are looking for a correction on a misbehaving dog!!! also this comes with only two collars but it can control 4 collars (purchased separately can be paired to this control) this means you are scrolling not between 2 collars but 4 even when you arent using 4. Previous collar with epica had everything right on the face of the control, easy to see, all options, for both dogs, no scrolling and fast to get to when you needed to correct the dog, no scrolling and no two hands! What were you thinking??? Terrible, inefficiant, hard to see, inconvenient product. it was cheap.... I got what I paid for.

This product was very misleading based on the reviews. To toggle between multiple collars you have to hold down the side button and twist the top control, then select the warning you want to give the selected dog. It’s too many steps in order for it to feel comfortable to be training our dogs diligently. Upon receiving our collars we had a slip inside for a $20 amazon gift card if we left a review. The huge catch is that you have to leave a 5 star review in order to get the gift card. Now the ratings for this product makes sense. We had shock collars that looked just like this, but we wanted to start off with a fresh pair this year, now I will go back to my original collar that requires less steps. For someone working from home you just need things to be stress free to operate.

I purchased these e-collars in june and they have already failed. I used only 1 collar and it worked relatively well. I agree with the other reviewers that the electrical shock is way to severe even on the lowest setting. So, I always used the vibration mode only. I went to pair the second transmitter and lost the pairing on the first collar and now am unable to pair to either collars. I reset the transmitter as outlined on the instructions and now both collars are unresponsive. I have only had them for 3 months.If the manufacturer reads this review please respond. Is there any warranty for a replacement.

Worked absolutely perfect for less than 24 hours. We were really excited that these seemed to be way better quality than the other ones we've tried. Middle of the next morning, one of the collars unpaired itself randomly and will not pair again. Battery is charged, it enters the pairing mode fine, but nothing will get it to actually pair. Receiver exits pairing mode after a few seconds and that's all it will do. Simply unusable. Have to get a refund or a replacement I guess.

I've been using these daily on two of my dogs for about two weeks now & they have worked perfectly so far. Everything came fully charged besides the second collar which was half charged. I charged everything fully the day I got them & I haven't had to charge any of the components yet & they are all still showing full battery. I've used other remote collars from different brands but this one has so far been the best I've had. You can pair up to 4 collars to one remote & pairing them was easy when following the directions. (You only have to pair the second collar, the first one comes already paired) The collars have a reflective stich in them which is useful at night time. There is only one beep setting but it is loud & caught my dogs attention the first time I used it. The vibrate function is adjustable 0-9 & it feels powerful when tested in my hand (my dogs respond better to the beep than the vibrate however) The shock function is adjustable as well 0-99. ***The instructions tell you to start your dog out at 10 for the shock & go up or down from there. My dogs are 45-65 pounds & I followed these instuctions & had to use the shock function on my dog (we don't have a fenced yard, my dog went running after a rabbit into the woods behind our house - this is the only time I use the shock on my dogs) & the 10 setting was too high. My advice would be to start it between 1-3 & go up from there depending on how you dog reacts.*** My only con to these would be the switching between dogs/collars is a little tedious when in a situation where I need to quickly switch to the next dog. It's honestly probably more my anxiety in the moment though making me think it takes forever, it's really not that big of a deal. Overall I'd recommend these to anyone. For the price, the quality is outstanding.

Compre este producto por segunda vez ya que pretendía, desde un comando, configurar a tres perros, que son los que tengo (dice la publicidad que se pueden manejar hasta 4 perros).La cosa es que tengo tres collares que manejo desde un receptor y mi experiencia es la siguiente:Olvídalo para mas de un perro, si solo tienes uno esta bien, es eficiente pero si tienes 2 o mas, imposible.Una vez configurado, fiuuu, salgo a pasear y para cambiar de un perro al otro es muy complejo, tienes que apachurrar un botón mientras das vuelta otro, mientras encuentras el número de perro a corregir, cuando logras esto, el perro ya está en otra actividad, ya no hay nada que corregirle.Por otro lado, me costó mucho, pero mucho trabajo configurar a los tres collares en un receptor, cuando lo compras de uno o dos collares ya viene configurado, pero para poner el tercero fue un triunfo. Tiene unas instrucciones muy básicas y muy mal explicadas, estuve a prueba y error hasta que lo logré, pero yo ya me había dado por vencido y pedí ayuda y por fin quedo.En la caja viene un descuento si calificas con 5 estrellas, no me parece ético ya que por el descuento muchos ponen 5 estrellas. Como notan, me quede sin descuento.Me hubiese gustado que, una vez configurado, fuera más accesible el comando de un perro a otro. Es lento y complejo.Otro cambio que yo haría es poner solo zumbido y bip y eliminar el toque, no tiene sentido con los dos primeros, los perros obedecen muy bien.Por otro lado. estaría bien que el collar-receptor fuera más pequeño, es un poco grande para mi gusto

This product seems to look good, especially when you read all the “5 star reviews”. But when I open my box I see an offer of $20 DOLLARS to leave a 5 star review. And it is an ABUSIVE product that when I try at 01 (the lowest setting) MADE ME JUMP AND I CAN STILL FEEL IT AFTER 10 minutes! I don’t even want to think about someone going up to 99 which is the max when 01 is PAINFUL. I have never experienced such a shady product and I strongly recommend you ignore every good review because the seller is buying good reviews and sending a blatantly abusive product. If you are thinking of buying this DO NOT BUY IT

Battery lasts forever, range is as advertised (which is a pleasant surprise) remote is user friendly and the collars are heavy duty for rough play sessions at the park. Would highly recommend to anyone with a dog that has some issues snapping out of a frenzy (like husky do when they see a squirrel)

I am beyond happy with these collars!They were delivered faster than what was said, have a long battery life, long range reach, top quality collars and a great sized remote..(I love the locking feature!)These are hands down better than any other collars I have tried so far!Thanks NVK! Feels very sturdy. There are longer prongs for the collara too, as well as conductive silicon covers for comfort.Very impressed with the quality as the set is not expensive at all.We had a different one and had spent more, getting far less.Very happy!
