Work great on a Honda Accord
The Moog EV415 is a direct replacement inner tie rod for 2001 Honda Accord EX V6. However, the provided nut is bulkier than the original one that come with the vehicle. Therefore, I used the old nut to save time.

Moog for the Win! (Different manufacture origins)
2002 Honda Accord Coupe w Manual Shift. Shop quoted me $250 (with alignment) to replace 1 inner tie rod. Asked if we should do both and they said no need and it would be extra anyway - quoted $60 cost PER tie rod end, also Moog parts. No thanks. I replaced both inner and outer tie rod ends with same Moog parts in a couple hours for under $100 and had an alignment done at local tire shop for $55 (must align after replacement). Borrowed inner tie rod removal socket from Autozone for free. Purchased along with Moog ES3490/1 Tie Rod End. Really very simple procedure. Comes with crush washer but also used some blue locktight on inner rod threads where it connects to steering rack. Immediately fixed the "gravel like" feeling in my front wheel. When removed it was obvious the joint was totally worn out - 120,000 miles. ALSO, an observation, I ordered both left and right at the same time but they arrived separately - they looked different, one made in Japan and one made in Mexico. Box and part number were the same and under close inspection specs were identical. Weird. Kinda bothered me as I like all things being equal when replacing parts, but didn't want to wait for a new one. Work done 12/2015, will update if any issues.

Poor quality
After 18 months from the purchase and install for both right and left side, my steering begins to squeak and feels like something is being snapped whenever I turn my steering to either left or right at a very low speed, the same kind of speed when you are pulling out of a parking lot, either in reverse or forward motion. A popping vibration can be felt from the steering wheel. At first I could not exactly tell what was causing the squeaking and clicking vibration because all of my Accord's front suspension parts was replaced at the same time (left and right drive axles, front and rear struts, strut boots and mount kits, upper and lower control arm, both inner and outer tire rods, etc). I thought it was because of a defective struts so I disassembled and re-tested the struts. Only to find out it was coming from this inner tire rod. The rotating piece should have been lubricated well but it seems Moog used a very cheap lubricant that it dried out over time. But even so, the tire rod ball does not rotate as smoothly as the old and worn out parts it replaced. I think this is due to a poor quality of the product or poor QA control. I could have gotten a better parts for a cheaper price. After 18 months, return policy had expired, hence 2 stars is my verdict. Totally disappointed and Not so recommended.
