Would this fit a small toddler bed? It’s for my 3 year old

Its big enough for double bed ..so i think it can easily covers for toddler bed

if i was to drape this over an open 4 poster canopy bed would it just drape down the sides or would it cover the top too?

Depending on the size, it would cover. My sons bed is an open single canopy and it covers everything with surplus. It would, I think manage a double but wouldn't drop all the way to the floor, almost. It is definitely generous in size
